摘要 为实现数控机床高速度高精度加工,在分析三次NURBS曲线原理的基础上,提出NURBS曲线插补算法原理.通过时间分割法建立NURBS曲线插补算法公式,给出了具体推导过程,分析了进给速度和加速度对插补的影响,并介绍了高速高效和恒速处理的方法,在此基础上开发了NURBS曲线插补软件,对实例进行了验证.该方法简化了通常曲线插补过程中的繁琐计算,提高了NURBS曲线的插补速度,也保证了插补的精度和表面质量,它在曲线的高速高精度加工中具有非常重要的实际意义. In order to achieve high speed and precision work, and on the basis of three times NURBS curve analyzing, NURBS curve interpolation algorithm principle is proposed. By using the time division law, a formula NURBS curve interpolation is set up and concrete process is given. The influence of speed and acceleration is analyzed, and a process method of high speed highly effective is introduced. The proposed approach makes the compute much simple and enhances the Speed of NURBS curve interpolation. NURBS curve interpolation software is developed and is verified in examples. The results indicate that the method guarantees the interpolation precision and the surface quality, which has the extremely vital practical significance in the curve high speed precision work.
