Evaluation and employment of sysmex KX-21N semi-automatic blood cell analyzer

目的:对sysmex KX-21N半自动血细胞分析仪进行使用评价。方法:采用随机选择方法对该机器进行批内精密度、相关性、对比性进行了测试。结果:仪器精密度试验,批内CV值在0.61%～3.5%之间,用全血法和预稀释法试验相关性比较,各指标相关系数在0.9406～0.981之间。结论:该仪器主要指标评价结果符合设计性能,适用于我院检验科常规血液分析。

Objective：To evaluate the function of sysmex KX-21N semi-automatic blood cell analyzer, method：assay the within-batch precision, correlation, relative property of the instrument with the random select method. Result：The CV is between 0.61%-5.5% in degree of precision test of equipment; To compare with whole blood method and force-dilution method, The coefficient correlation of each index is between 0.9406%-0.981%. conclusion：The main index of the instrument is consistent with the design and fit for routine blood analysis in our hospital.
