摘要
主动脉球囊反搏(IABP)是将一定容积的球囊放置于主动脉部位,球囊导管与体外压力泵相连,内部填充氦气,使球囊充盈与排空限定在特定的时限。提高冠状动脉的灌注,改善心肌供血。应用IABP支持治疗可增加冠脉血流速度,降低左心室的后负荷,改善心脏功能,并为外科手术争取时间,加强术后观察与护理,减少并发症、提高抢救成功率。
IABP is an instrument which places a ballon of certain volume on aorta area, and ballon＇s tabe connects with a force-pump in vitro. The ballon is filled with heliam gas inside to limit specific time for filling and emptiness, which can inerease perfusion of coronary artery and improve myocardial ischemia. Applying IABP supporting therapy may increase blood flow rate of coronary artery, lower after-load of left ventricle, improve cardiac funetions, and buy some time for surgery, enhance post-operational, observation and care, decrease complications, elevate successful rate for rescue.
