Easy and Prompt Manipulative Treatment of 253 Cases of Shoulder Joint Dislocation

目的 观察简捷手法治疗肩关节脱位的临床疗效。方法 253例均采用屈肘外旋法和（或）外展上举牵引法治疗。结果 治疗的253例中，总复位成功率为99．21％。结论 采用屈肘外旋法和（或）外展上举牵引法治疗肩关节脱位成功率高，操作简单、省力，患者痛苦小，值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinic curative effect of the easy and prompt manipulative treatment of shoulder joint dislocation. Methods Manipulations of elbow flexion, extorsion, and/or abduction and traction reduction were used in all 253 cases： Results The total successful rate of reduction was 99.21%. Conclusion Besides the successful rate was high, the manipulation was easy, labor-saving and causing little pain to patients. Therefore, this method was worthwhile being widely used in clinic.
