摘要
对近几年来国内学术期刊中有关黄芩文献进行检索,综述天然植物黄芩中有效成分药理作用的研究进展。黄芩具有多种药理作用,其主要作用是抗微生物、抗炎、抗肿瘤等,但对黄芩部分有效成分和方剂的研究,还缺乏作用环节或作用机制方面的深入探讨,应用中药理论对黄芩中的不同有效成分、黄芩方剂和药理药效作进一步的研究的同时,有必要利用人类基因组学与蛋白质组学研究成果,通过生物芯片、生物色谱等现代技术,将筛选出的有效成分或方剂进行多靶标分析,在分子水平上阐明其作用机理,从而开发出具有国际水平的创新药。
We reviewed the domestic studies on Scutellaria Baicalensis Georgi. Scutellaria Baicalensis Georgi has a variety of pharmacological effects, and the main effects are anti-microbial, anti-inflammatory and anti-tumor functions. Scutellaria Baicalensis Georgi has good developing prospects. Up to now, Chinese researches on Scutellaria balcalensis Georgi have gained gratifying results, but some aspects are still existing defects such as the studies on active ingredients and formula of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi have not been deeply studied. We propose that human genomics and proteomics researching results should be adopted in the study of Scutellaria Baicalensis Georgi, together with the advanced technologies of bio-chip and biological chromatography being used to elucidate mechanisms at molecular level.
