我国高等教育改革发展三十年来,在办学体制、管理体制、投资体制、招生就业体制、高校后勤服务、高校教学改革方面都取得了突破。我国高等教育未来的改革发展应坚持科学发展观,建立高等教育科学运行机制,完善高等教育成本分担机制,分类指导,分层次培养人才,并不断加大投入力度,推进教学改革向纵深发展。

After thirty years＇ reform in China＇ s higher education, many breakthroughs have been made in the school-running system, the management system, the investment system, the enrollment and employment system, the logistics and the teaching reform of colleges and universities. In the future reform of China＇ s higher education, the concept of scientific development should be adhered to, an operational mechanism established, and the cost-sharing mechanism further improved. And at the same time, different principles should be laid down for different kinds of schools, talents produced at different ＇levels, and the teaching reform furthered by greater concentration and larger investment.
