教师教育“教育学”教材专业化缺失与重构 被引量:2

摘要 教师职业专业化呼唤专业化的教育学教材,但现有教师教育"教育学"教材无论内容还是形式大多是教育学学科专业相关教材的"翻版",缺乏鲜明的专业独立性。作为专业化的职业教育,教师教育教育学教材从专业属性讲不是学科性的,而是与教师职业的典型问题和经验活动密切相关的;从培养目标上看,教育学教材应造就以教师职业能力为核心的专业化人才,而非理论性工作者;从教材形态看,教育学教材应以鲜活的生命性姿态促进学习者的对话、反思、建构,发挥教材的多维教育功能,以期构建属于每个从业者个人的专业化"教育学"。 Professionalization of teachers calls for the specialization of textbooks of teacher education. But the textbooks in teacher education are only a reproduction of the relevant textbooks of education. There is no distinctive specialty-oriented quality with these books. As a specialized type of vocational education, teacher education is not disciplinary, so the textbooks should have pertinence to the typical vocational issues and activities in this field, contribute to the production of specialized teachers with teaching competence and promote learners to communicate with their teachers, reflect and reconstruct themselves by performing the multi-dimensional educational functions of the textbooks. Only in this way, can specialized teacher education be constructed for every practitioner in this domain.
