利用高酸价工业废油制取生物柴油的研究 被引量:1

摘要 以工业废油和甲醇为原料制备生物柴油.研究表明,以氢氧化钠为催化剂,醇油摩尔比最佳取值范围为5.5~7.5,催化剂用量最佳取值为1.0%,反应时间最佳取值为65min,反应温度最佳取值为65℃.产品性能表明其可作为柴油的调和组分,调和出成本低、优质、低凝点的柴油满足特殊需要,产生更大的经济效益和社会效益. Bio-diesel is produced, in this paper, from industrial waste oil and methanol. Results show that using caustic soda as catalyst, the optimal conditions are: the molar ratio of alcohols and oil 5.5~7. 5, the amount of catalyst 1.0%, the reaction time 65 min and reaction temperature 65 C. The properties of the product show that it can be used as a mingling component of diesel, i: producing a kind of diesel oil of low cost, high benefits and tow freezing point, to meet special needs and gain economic and social benefits.
