氟保护漆治疗乳切牙早期奶瓶龋的疗效评价

目的探讨用氟保护漆治疗乳切牙早期奶瓶龋的临床效果。方法对50例2～3岁的乳切牙大面积龋坏的幼儿采用自身对照设计,一侧涂布氟保护漆,每半年一次,另一侧作为对照组为空白对照。试验期3一年,对所得结果采用χ2检验比较2组的龋病发生率。结果3年后,氟保护漆组龋病发生率明显低于对照组,有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论氟保护漆用来治疗乳切牙早期奶瓶龋效果肯定,值得临床推广。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of Flour Protector in treatment of teeth with early milk bottle primary caries. Methods 50 children from 2 to 3 years old primary teeth with large defect were randomly selected. Results After 3 years ,the incidence of caries in group using Fluor Protector were lower than in the control group ,the difference was significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Flour Protector have good clinical effects in treatment of teeth with early milk bottle primary caries, which ,is worthy of wide clinical application.
