摘要
目的探讨手用ProTaper镍钛器械预备磨牙弯曲根管的临床疗效。方法选择2006年12月至2007年12月间在潍坊医学院附属医院口腔科行根管治疗的245个磨牙弯曲根管,按就诊顺序随机分为两组,PT组使用手用ProTaper镍钛锉以冠根向深入法预备弯曲根管120个,SS组使用不锈钢K型锉以逐步后退法技术预备弯曲根管125个。两组均采用标准牙胶尖侧压充填法充填根管,通过术前、术后的X线牙片评价根管预备与根管充填的效果。结果PT组比SS组操作时间明显短、术后疼痛发生率低且程度轻、预备后根管锥度和流畅度佳、根管适充率高(P<0.01)。结论ProTaper手动镍钛锉在弯曲根管预备方面有明显的优越性,是值得推广的新型手用根管预备技术。
Objective To evaluate the effect of hand ProTaper NiTi files in preparation of curved molar root canals. Methods 245 molar teeth with curved root canals were randomly divided into 2 groups 74 curved root canals in group PT were prepared with hand ProTaper Nickel-Titanium file by crown-down technique,while 75 curved root canals were prepared with stainless steel K-files by step-back technique in group SS. All canals were obturated with lateral condensation technique.The efficiency of preparation and obturation of root canals was analyzed with radiographs before and after operation. Results Compared to group SS, group PT had shorter operation time, lower post treatment pain, and the original curvature were maintained well with smooth coronally increasingly continuous taper（P 〈0.01）. Conclusion Hand ProTaper files can be advocated as a new hand instrumentation technique,especially for those curved molar root canals.
