辛伐他汀对高血压病患者左室肥厚的影响

摘要 目的观察辛伐他汀对高血压病(EH)患者左室重量(LVM)的影响。方法56例EH患者被随机分为各28例的I(口服辛伐他汀和利尿剂)、Ⅱ组(口服利尿剂),超声检测受检者治疗12周前后左室重量指数(LVMI)。25例正常人作为对照组。结果治疗前I、Ⅱ两组患者的LVMI(g/m2:134.87±33.21;131.04±29.24)较正常对照组(g/m2:88.02±23.45)增大(P<0.05)、血压增高,而年龄、血脂、血糖无显著性差异。I、Ⅱ两组参数间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。治疗后I组患者的LVMI减小(g/m2:134.87±33.21,92.07±15.33;P<0.05),而Ⅱ组LVMI无显著性改变;两组患者的血压下降至正常。与Ⅱ两组相比,I组患者的左室重量指数显著减小(g/m2:131.04±29.24,92.07±15.33;P<0.05);而血压、血糖、血脂无显著差异。治疗前后血脂、血糖无显著性变化。结论辛发他汀可以在一定程度上抑制高血压病患者的左室肥厚。
