摘要
目的调查遂宁市0~12岁儿童微量元素的含量并对其分析。方法采用天津兰标型微量元素分析仅(溶出伏安法)测定手指全血中微量元素钙、铁、铜、锌、镁、铅含量。结果926例儿童中,缺锌(24.1%)和缺钙(20.6%)分别占第1位和第2位,男、女儿童间微量元素含量差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);不同年龄组儿童锌、钙含量差异显著(P〈0.01);锌含量随年龄增长呈上升趋势;钙含量随年龄的增长而逐步降低;不同年龄组铁、铜、镁含量无显著差异(P〉0.05)。结论儿童应根据其不同性别、年龄有所侧重,科学合理地预防和治疗微量元素缺乏。
Objective To investigate and analyze the whole blood trace element contents in 0--12 children in suining. Methods The content of Ca, Fe, Cu, Zn,Mg and Pb was determined by trace element analyser (LK98B)in blood from the fingers of children. Results The main defections in their bodies are iron(24.1% ) and calcium (20. 6% ). There was no significant difference (P 〉0.05) between boy and girl. By the increase of ages,the content of Zn increases step by step,and the content of Ca reduces step by step. Conclusion It is necessary for children that they are supplied with those elements reasonably according to different age and different gender.
