摘要
目的探讨异位妊娠的相关危险因素和治疗方法。方法对176例来本院就诊的异位妊娠患者进行回顾性分析,并对其治疗方法进行探讨。结果异位妊娠发生与患者年龄及职业、妇科炎症、妊娠史、分娩次数等有关,根据患者实际情况手术治疗或者药物保守治疗。结论异位妊娠的症状变化多样,病情凶险,应该引起足够重视,科学全面地分析病情,早期诊断,积极治疗。
Objective Discussion of entopic pregnancy-related risk factors and treatment methods. Methods 176 cases of hospital treatment to the patients with entopic pregnancy were retrospectively analyzed, and their methods of treatment. Results Entopic pregnancy and the patient＇s age and occupation, gynecological inflammation, pregnancy history, and the number of deliveries, according to the actual situation of drug treatment or conservative treatment. Conclusion Entopic pregnancy symptoms varied, dangerous conditions, should pay sufficient attention to the comprehensive analysis of scientific illness, early diagnosis, treatment.
