摘要
为满足RTM工艺对树脂体系低粘度的要求,研究了3种用于制备高性能复合材料主承力构件的环氧树脂体系:CYD-128/IA(脂环族多元胺),TDE-85/TA(脂环族多元酸酐)/DMP-30及双酚F环氧树脂/DT/DP(脂肪族多元胺)。测试了同一体系中不同配比对浇注体力学性能的影响并研究了3种体系的流变行为。结果表明,CYD-128/IA体系中,IA的最佳添加量为22%(质量分数,下同);TDE-85/TA/DMP-30体系中TA最佳用量为110%,DMP-30最佳用量为0.4%;双酚F环氧树脂/DT/DP体系中,单独使用5%DP效果最佳。相同温度下,CYD-128/IA粘度比TDE-85/TA/DMP-30体系大得多,随时间增加粘度上升也较快。双酚F环氧树脂/DT/DP体系粘度特性对配比的依赖性较大。
Three epoxy systems for making composite primary structures with high performance were studied to meet the low viscosity requirement of RTM process.The systems were CYD - 128/IA(alicyclic polyamines), TDE - 85/TA(alicyclic polyanhydride)/DMP- 30 and-bisphenol F epoxy resin/DT/DP(aliphatic polyamines). The effect of different mass ra- tio on the mechanical properties of casting in the same system was investiged. The rheological behavior of three systems was studied.The results showed that the optimum dosage of IA was 22wt% in CYD - 128/1A. The optimum amount of TA and DMP- 30 were 110% and 0.4% respectively in TDE - 85/TA/DMP - 30.The best effect was obtained single using of 5% DP in the bisphenol F epoxy resin/DT/DP system. The viscosity of CYD - 128/IA was much higher than TDE - 85/ TA/DMP- 3 at same temperature and increased more quickly with time. The viscosity of bisphenol F epoxy resin/DT/DP was strongly depended on the proportion.
