土地征用是政府为了公共利益而依法强制取得他人土地并给予补偿的行为,是政府引导土地利用的重要权利,也是土地管理的重要制度。土地征用无论从法学角度或经济学角度都可以寻找到一定的合法合理因素,但就征用补偿而言,经济学角度分析比法学视角更为深刻和理性。
