Analysis to the ＂Left＂ Errors in the Building of Chinese Socialism

我国社会主义时期毛泽东犯了左倾错误。毛泽东民主革命时期因成功地反对了王明"左"倾路线而引导中国革命取得了胜利,但在社会主义时期他领导中国共产党却犯了严重的"左"倾错误,对社会主义事业造成了重大的损失。究其"左"的原因,主要是由理想主义、经验主义而导致主观主义,好大喜功、急于求成,没有把握中国社会主义初级阶段国情特点,不能正确认识社会主义建设的规律,对阶级斗争形势作了错误的判断,以及当时国际国内的一些原因,使"左"的错误持续了二十年的时间。

The ＂left＂ errors did great harm to the cause of Chinese socialism. Through analysis the errors mainly restilted from idealism and experimentalism leading to subjectivism. The craving and impatience for greatness and success affected the accurate understanding of Chinese situation in her primary stage, of the law in building socialism and of the then struggle between classes, which, coupled with other factors beth domestic and overseas, led to the vicennial existence of the ＂left＂ errors.
