某高职学院教职工健康状况调查与对策研究

The Teacher and Staff's Health State of Shenzhen Polytechnic Institute and Counterplan Research

目的了解高职学院教职工健康状态及个人基本情况对健康的影响,探讨改善教职工健康的对策。方法采用整群抽样的方式随机抽取760例在岗教职工为本次调查人群。发放统一设计好的调查问卷,采用自填问卷方式收集健康状态的信息。结果患有疾病的教职工占58.3%,亚健康状态占22.7%。健康状态仅占被调查人群的18.9%。小于36岁年龄组教职工是亚健康的高发群体;随着来校工作时间的延长,教职工患病率增加;学历较低人群(初、高中)亚健康状态构成比明显高于高学历人群,而患有疾病者的构成比则低于高学历人群(χ2=113.90,p<0.01);离婚和再婚的人群的患病率明显高于其他人群(χ2=32.86,p<0.05)。结论高职学院教职工健康状况不容乐观,应采取一系列积极的预防措施,提高教职工队伍的整体健康水平。

Objective To understand the faculty and staff＇s health state and personal basic circumstance＇s influence to the health, inquiring into the counterplan improve the faculty and staff＇s health. Method The adopt the way that the whole flock draws samples to sample a institute area random in three institute areas of university. All of this time inquisition crowd are faculty and staff. They fill out the designed inquisition questionnaire, we collect the health state information from the questionnaire. Results The faculty and staff＇s health appears to regard disease state as principle as a result,58.3%, the sub-healthy state has to be investigated at 22.7% of crowd,the healthy state has to be investigated at 18.9% of crowd. Only the age under 36-year-old set is the higher community of sub-health state. As the work time at the university lengthens, the disease occurrence rate increases accordingly. For the lower educational background crowd（junior and senior high school）, the constituent ratio of sub-healthy state is higher than the high educational background crowd, while the disease occurence rate is lower（χ^2=113.90,p〈0.01）. For the divorced and re-married crowd, the disease ratio is obviously higher than other crowds（χ^2 =32.86,p=0.05）. Conclusion The states that the health condition of the faculty and staff is not optimism, the university should adopt a series of active prevention measures to improve the whole health level of the troops of the faculty and staff.
