人本主义视角下对中学生学习不良问题的思考 被引量:1

摘要 中学生学习不良问题一直是重点关注的问题,这影响基础教育的开展和学生身心的发展。目前,对于这类学生的教育主要集中在学业技能的发展及矫治方面,对其社会性和情绪、情感方面的研究重视不够。在解决此问题上,人本主义学习理论给教育工作者和心理学家提供了新的视角。本文从人本主义视角,介绍了中学生学习不良的主要原因,并提出一些改进对策:相信学生的潜能;尊重学生,重视其情感、意愿、需要;创造条件,激发学生的内部动机;引导学生自主学习;进行学习心理辅导和学习策略指导;建立良好的师生关系和感情融洽的学习情景。 The middle school students' learning disabilitie studies the bad always is one concerned problem, It affects the elementary education and development of the student body and mind. At present, the education is lack of studying and taking seriously developing and correcting and curing aspect, social nature and mood,but emotion aspect to studies technical ability. On the problem,the theory the humanism has provided new visual angle. From humanism visual angle, this article has been introduced studies the main cause of the middle school student' learning disabilities, and suggests that some improve countermeasure, for instance: Believe in student's latent energy; respect a student, take whose emotion.wish.need seriously; create condition to arouse student's inside motivation;guide a student to study autonomously; tutor the mentality studying and guide the studying tactics; builde fine teacher-student relations and affection being in harmony studying scene.
