人才是兴团之本,强团之基。胡锦涛主席强调,人才是第一资源。共青团的发展实践证明:共青团建设越是发展进步,对人才的需求就越强烈。推进共青团建设全面过硬和与时俱进,说到底要靠人才的强力支撑,核心的问题就是要在提高干部队伍的素质能力上下功夫。云南"青年马克思主义者"培训班的举办是共青团云南省委紧密结合云南共青团工作的实际,深入贯彻落实科学发展观,严格按照团中央有关共青团工作的整体思路,强化服务意识,心系基层谋发展、强化重心意识.固强补弱夯基础、强化中心意识,履行使命保质量、强化创新意识,遵循规律狠抓建设的重大举措。

Mr. Hu Jingtao pointed out that talent is the first resource. The reality reconfirms that the faster the Youth League develops, the more talents are needed. To facilitate the construction of the Youth League and to keep pace with the times needs the support of talents, so the quality of our leaders has been a core in trainng. The Training class, in line with the scientific development view, has tried to strengthen the concept in service for the people , focusing on the grassroots of the League , reinforcing the foundation to ensure the quality and creativity of our leaders.
