民族欠发达地区村民自治存在的问题及对策——以双江拉祜族佤族布朗族傣族自治县为例

The Counter-measures to the Problems of Villagers Autonomy in the Undeveloped Minority

村民自治制度是社会主义民主政治的重要组成部分。文章就该制度在双江拉祜族佤族布朗族傣族自治县实施过程中出现的种种问题进行探讨,提出,目前村民自治最突出的问题有五,即过度自治化、附属行政化.自治宗族化、自治机构功能弱化、自治制度虚化,并提出有针对性的解决方案,对民族欠发达地区如何更好地完善村民自治改制度具有一定借鉴作用。

The villager autonomy system is a part of socialist democracy with Chinese characteristics. There are five prominent problems in the course of carrying out this system in the undeveloped minority area. In view of these problems, we put forward positive suggestions for improving villager autonomy.
