摘要
总结了2004年至今,作者对秤锤树的研究概况。对比分析了破除两年种子秤锤树的机械休眠和生理休眠的方法,总结了酸蚀处理种壳的操作程序,明确了控制层积处理时间的重要性。在上述研究基础上,重点展开了对濒危植物秤锤树栽培特性的研究。测试结果表明,秤锤树的萌发现状既是其延续种性的遗传表现,也是在现今世界环境条件下,导致植物濒危的重要因素之一。研究结果证实,秤锤树经过酸蚀处理和添加催芽剂后,层积时间可由两冬一夏转为经一冬(4个月左右)层积后在第2个春天正常发萌发。
The propagation and cultivation of endangered plant-Sinojackia xylocarpa Hu in Beijing area was investigated from 2004 in this paper. The methods of Sinojackia xylocarpa Hu were studied, the procedures breaking mechanical and physiological seed dormancy of of acid etching and cracks treatment in seed propagation were elaborated, and the importance of controlling stratification time and condition was stressed. The results showed that" two-year seed 303 accelerating germination medicament" was indispensable in breaking seed dormancy. On the basis of above studies, the physiological and biochemical changes of seeds during stratification treatment were tested, and cuttage propagation experiment was carried out. The seedling cultivation and management measure in the field was discussed too.
