摘要
提出了一种基于改进粒子群优化算法的无级变速器冷却系统优化设计方法。首先确定了整个冷却系统的基本设计方案;然后在考虑整机和局部能量损失特性、冷却压力控制阀工作特性的基础上,采用改进粒子群优化算法对冷却系统关键结构参数进行了优化。仿真计算和整车试验结果表明,所设计的冷却系统可以随发动机转速的不同实现较优的整机和局部冷却流量分配,并可以满足各种极限工况的冷却要求。
A method for optimization design of continuously variable transmission cooling system based on improved particle swarm optimization algorithm was presented herein. The basic design scheme of the whole cooling system was determined firstly. And then, considering energy loss proper- ties and cooling pressure control valve operating characteristics, key structure parameters of cooling system were optimized based on the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm. The results of simulation and complete vehicle test prove that the designed cooling system can realize more excellent global and local cooling flux distribution, and can satisfy cooling requirements under any extreme operation conditions.
