异常子宫出血与剖宫产瘢痕宫壁缺损 被引量：14

摘要 育龄期妇女的异常子宫出血常常是由无排卵、子宫肌瘤、子宫内膜息肉、宫颈癌、宫体癌、宫内节育器和与妊娠相关疾病等引起，现在发现剖宫产切口瘢痕处子宫壁解剖异常也会引起妇女月经异常，这种解剖异常在宫腔镜下表现为原剖宫产切口处形成穹窿样缺损，所以我们称之为剖宫产瘢痕宫壁缺损，B超下子宫前壁宫体与宫颈交接处见液性暗区。其发生率至今未清楚。本病主要表现为剖宫产后月经期延长淋漓不尽、月经增多、
