常规剂量青霉素致青霉素脑病1例

摘要 患者男，51岁，教师。因发热、咽痛5d，精神行为异常、睡眠障碍3d入院。入院前5d受凉后出现咽痛、发热．体温38．2℃．在当地镇医院予青霉素640万U加入生理盐水500mL中静滴治疗，当晚患者出现兴奋、入睡困难。第2天再次静滴相同剂量青霉素后出现精神行为异常，胡言乱语，说自己已经死了，不在人世了，总是听见有人在叫自己的名字，到处无目的地乱跑，言语增多．说话语句颠倒，
