亚甲蓝示踪法在乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检中应用观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的 观察亚甲蓝示踪法在乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检中的应用,评价其临床应用的可行性。方法 分析我院2005年1月至2006年1月用1%亚甲蓝为染料的乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检资料67例,年龄28—72岁,平均51岁,均为女性。其中,T1N0M027例,T2N0M029例,T3N0M011例。结果 检出率为89.9%(60/67),假阴性率为6.2%(3/48)。 Objective To observe the application of methylene blue method in the biopsy of breast carcinoma sentry lymph node, and evaluate the feasibility of its clinical application. Methods The data of using 1% methylene blue as a dye for biopsy of breast carcinema sentry lymph node in 67 patients from January,2005 to January 2006 in our hospital were analyzed. All patients were females aged from 28 to 72,with an average of 51. Of them, were 27 T1N0M0,29 T2N0M0 and 11 T3N0M0. Results Positive rate was 89.9% (60/67), false negative rate was 6. 2% (3/48). Conclusion Using 1% methylene blue as tracer in biopsy of breast carcinome sentry lymph node, the detectable rate was 89.9% and false negative rate was 6. 2%. So this method can be used in the biopsy of breast carcinoma sentry lymph node.
