摘要
本文介绍几种用于气象卫星的光学薄膜器件的基本设计原理、结构及用途。文中列出各器件的膜系、膜料及实测的光谱曲线。这些器件都已成功地获得应用。
This paper presents the basic design principle, the assembly and the application of several components of optical thin film used for meteorological satellite. The assemblies of these components and the used coating materials and their measured curves are given, respectively, in this paper. All these components have been used successfully.
