盐胁迫对杂交水稻试管苗生长发育和部分生理生化指标的影响 被引量:16

摘要 通过在培养基中添加不同浓度的NaCl,探讨了盐胁迫对杂交水稻试管苗生长发育及部分生理生化指标的影响。结果发现:在盐胁迫条件下,杂交水稻试管苗的生长受到明显抑制,叶片中总叶绿素含量、SOD活性和POD活性下降,丙二醛的含量增加,质膜透性增大,脯氨酸大量积累;随盐胁迫强度的加大,对试管苗生长及生理生化指标的影响相应加剧;在盐胁迫下,试管苗叶片中的脯氨酸含量与丙二醛含量和质膜透性呈极显著正相关,与叶绿素含量、SOD活性和POD活性呈极显著负相关。盐胁迫下叶片中脯氨酸含量的变化可作为水稻试管苗受害程度的主要生理鉴定指标。 The rice plantlets in vitro were treated with different concentrations of NaCl to study the effects of salt stress on their growth and related physiological and biochemical indices. The results showed that the growth of plantlets was markedly retarded. With the increase of salt concentration, the total chlorophyll content and the activity of POD and SOD decreased, while the contents of malonaldehyde(MAD) and proline, the membrane permeability increased. Moreover, under the salt stress conditions, the content of proline in leaves of plantlets had a significant positive correlation to the content of MDA and the membrane permeability, but a significant negative correlation to the total content of chlorophyll and the activity of POD and SOD. It is concluded that the changes of content of proline in leaves can be used as a physiological index to reflect the hurt degree of rice plants under salt stress.
