摘要
大口径直缝焊管在油气输送领域有着广泛的应用,掌握大口径直缝焊管的核心制造技术对发展我国管线钢钢管制造业有着重要意义。介绍了大口径直缝焊管的成形方法,综述了有限元仿真技术在大口径直缝焊管生产领域的近期研究成果,探讨了大口径焊管成形有限元仿真技术的发展及应用前景。
Large-sized straight welded pipes are widely used in oil and gas transmission pipeline. It is significantly important to develop steel pipe making technology. The paper reviews the pipe forming process, the recent achievement of finite element simulation in large diameter pipe, and its development trend.
