摘要
新型的十二辊交叉轧机机架采用组合式牌坊,厚度控制采用AGC液压缸直接压下,辊形调整采用了一套新颖的辊形调整机构,调整原理是将上下两个中支承辊进行水平交叉后,使中间辊和工作辊产生不同程度的交叉和弯曲,达到整个辊形调整的目的。
The paper introduces a new type of twelve - high oblique rolling mill with combined housing. The strip thickness is controlled by AGC hydraulic cylinder. A set of novel shape adjusting mechanism highlights the design of the mill, which fulfils its function of strip shape adjustment by means of the intersection and bend of the intermediate rolls and working rolls as a result of horizontal obliquity between the upper and bottom middle back - up rolls.
