摘要
以某钢铁企业140 t铁水罐的倾翻吊钩的工作过程为研究对象,采用几何结构和积分计算方法对倾翻过程中铁水罐的工作载荷进行研究,得到倾翻吊钩随着罐体倾翻角度α变化的倾动力矩曲线M(α)和吊钩工况载荷F(α)曲线,为倾翻吊钩的设计提供参考。
The performance of the lifting hook of hot metal ladle which could contain 140 t molten iron has been studied in this article by using the method of the geometric structure and integral calculus. Hence obtain the dump moment M(α) that changes along the α, the angle of inclination of the ladle, and the load curve F(α) of the lifting hook. Both curves can be used for reference for the design of the lifting hook.
