SPECTRAL PROPERTIES OF ZrO_2-Y_2O_3 CRYSTALS UNDOPED AND DOPED WITH CHROMIUM AND ERBIUM

摘要 研究了未掺杂及掺杂铬和铒ZrO_2-Y_2O_3(88:12mol%)晶体室温下的吸收和发光光谱。未掺杂晶体吸收和发光带是由色心引起,^(60)Co γ射线辐照前后其电子顺磁共振证实单电荷(Y_(Zr),Vo)′络合在点阵中存在。掺杂晶体的吸收、激发和发光光谱带相应于各自Cr^(3+)和Er^(3+)离子能级跃迁。使用3d^3电子久期方程计算3Cr^(3+)在立方场下库仑相互作用参数B、C和内晶格场参数D_q。 The absorption and luminescence spectra at room temperature of ZrO_2-Y_2O_3 (88: 12 mole%) (YSZ) crystals undoped and doped with chromium and erbium are investigated. Absorption and luminescence bands of undoped YSZ crystals are due to color centers. Electron spin resonance of YSZ before and after irradiation by ^(60)Co γ-ray confirms the existence of single-charged (Y_(Zr), Vo)' in lattice. The absorption, exoitation and luminescence spectral bands of the doped YSZ correspond to the wellknown transitions of the Cr^(3+) and Er^(3+) ions, respectively. The parameters of Coulomb interaction B and C and the parameter of the internal crystal field, D_q, for Or^(3+) under cubic field are calculated using the secular equation of 3d^3 electrons.
