摘要
目的探讨灯盏花类注射剂不良反应/事件发生的特点。方法检索文献和不良反应数据库,对涉及使用灯盏花类注射剂所致不良反应/事件的病例进行分析总结。结果灯盏花类注射剂不良反应/事件临床表现主要为过敏样反应,严重者出现过敏性休克。结论生产企业应尽快深入开展灯盏花类注射剂的质量研究;临床应合理使用灯盏花类注射剂,并在用药过程中及用药后加强监测。
Objective To study the feature of adverse drug reaction/event（ADR/ADE） of Deng Zhan Hua injection.Methods Through literature review,106 ADR/ADE cases of Deng Zhan Hua injection were ana-lyzed.Results It was found that the chief clinical manifestations were anaphylaxis allergic reac-tions.The serious cases were anaphylactic shock.Conclusion The pharmceutical enterprise should be mainly on their shoulders for improvement the prescription information and the quality criteria of drug.It is important to pay more attention to ADR/ADE caused by Deng Zhan Hua injection and promote rational use of drug.
