摘要
介绍了基于AMT(机械自动变速器)的电子变速驱动单元(E.T.Driver)的基本原理、构造、性能特点及其它在混合动力汽车换档过程中对提升换档品质和行驶平顺性的应用。应用德国ITI公司的simulationx软件,对变速驱动单元在混合动力汽车换档中的应用及换档策略进行了建模仿真分析。
The basic principle, structures and the characteristics of the Electrical Transmission Driver (E. Z Driver) based on Automatic Mechanical Transmission (AMT) were introduced. How the E. T. Driver improved the gearshift quality during gearshift course and improved driving smoothness for Hybrid Electrical Vehicles (HEV) was discussed. A simulation model to analyze the gearshift application and gearshift strategy of E. T. Driver during gearshift course in HEV was established by using the simulation software of Germany ITI Company.
