摘要
简要介绍了空间晶体生长炉的结构和工作原理,根据热平衡原理建立了空间晶体生长炉的机理模型。参考机理模型确定模型结构后,用相关系数法与最小二乘法相结合的辨识方法对空间晶体生长炉进行了实验建模。最后,对所得实验模型进行了白性校验,验证了实验模型的有效性。
The structure and the working principle of space crystal growth furnace were introduced briefly. According to the thermal equilibrium theory, the theoretical model of space crystal growth furnace was built. Based on the characters of the theoretical model, the combined identification method of correlation coefficient method and least-squares method that is designed to acquire its experimental modeling and theoretical modeling was used to select the model structure. The experimental model was verified by checking the white characteristic of residual error.
