摘要 对阶跃跟踪扰动下的PID控制器性能评价与调节方法进行了研究。首先给出一种由系统闭环阶跃响应数据辨识过程阶跃响应系数的方法。基于辨识得到的过程阶跃响应系数,给出了求取PID/PI控制系统最佳控制性能(SSE指标意义下)和最佳控制器参数的方法。最后给出了对PID/PI控制器阶跃跟踪性能进行评价和调节的流程。仿真实验验证了方法的有效性。 This study focused on the performance assessment and tuning of PID controller from its' setpoint tracking response. An identification method was given to get the process' step response coefficients from the system's close-loop step response data. Based on the process' step response coefficients, the best achievable performance (in the sense of the SSE index) of PID controller and its corresponding parameters were derived. In the last, a procedure for assessing the PID controller's step tracking performance and tuning of the controller was given. The validity of the given method was suggested by simulations.
