CT对胃肠道间质瘤诊断价值

The Gastrointestinal Stromal (Analysis of 19 Cases)

目的:探讨CT对胃肠道间质瘤诊断价值。材料与方法:回顾性分析19例经手术病理证实为胃肠道间质瘤的CT表现及临床资料。结果:19例胃肠道间质瘤分别位于食管1例,胃7例,空肠4例,回盲部1例,结肠1例,直肠2例,肠系膜2例,后腹膜1例。CT扫描显示肿瘤多位于腔外生长,部分发生囊变、坏死、出血、钙化,增强后肿瘤均匀或不均匀强化。结论:CT能清晰显示肿瘤的位置、大小、形态,与邻近器官的关系以及肿瘤的血供情况,对其定位、定性及鉴别诊断具有较高的价值。

Purpose： To evaluate the diagnostic value of CT for gastrointestinal tumors （GIST）. Materials and Methods： The CT appearances and clinical datas in 19 cases of GIST, which were confired by operation and pathological findings, were analyzed retrospectively. Results： 19 GIST were separately distributed in esophagus （1 case）, stomach （7 cases）, jejunum （4 cases）, ilcocecal part （1 case）, colon （1 cases）, rectum （2 cases） and rtetoperitoneal space （1 case）. CT scans demonstrated that most of GIST originated in the walls and grew outside the gastrointestinal cavites. Cysts, necrosis, bleed, calcification in some of tumors and even or uneven enhancement were seen. Conclusion： CT is of high value for ocation, qualitatively and diffemtially diagnosing GIST becaust it can clearly demonstrate the position, the size, the shape, the blood supply of tumors and also the relationship between tumors and near structures.
