16层螺旋CT在脑血管造影中的应用探讨

摘要 目的:探讨16层螺旋CT三维重建技术在脑动脉造影中的诊断价值。材料与方法:使用16层螺旋CT容积扫描及三维重建技术,对138例脑血管造影(CTA)病例进行回顾和分析。结果:138例脑血管造影检查中,图像质量理想,均符合诊断要求,阳性检出率为29%。结论:16层螺旋CT脑血管造影是一种检查结果可靠,能够全方位显示颅内血管病变的检查方法,它安全、无创、简便、快速,为脑血管病患者的诊治提供重要依据。
