摘要
目的:建立 HPLC 法测定罗通定及硫酸罗通定注射液中的有关物质检查方法。方法:色谱柱为 Agilent ZORBAX SB-C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)柱;流动相为:乙腈-磷酸盐缓冲液(pH 6.8)-三乙胺(60:40:1)(用磷酸调 pH 至6.8)为流动相;检测波长:280 nm;流速为:1 mL·mm^(-1)。结果:罗通定与其有关物质能够完全分离。最低检出限为1.2 ng。结论:方法简便、准确,灵敏,可用于罗通定及硫酸罗通定注射液中的有关物质检查。
Objective:An HPLC method for the testing of related substances in Rotundine and Rotundine Sulfate Injection was established. Method: The column : Agilent ZORBAX SB - C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm). The mobile phase : acetonitrile-phosphate buffer( pH 6. 8 ) -triethylamine (60: 40:1 )( adjust its pH value to 6. 8 by phosphoric acid). The detective wavelength :280 nm. The flow rate: 1.0 mL · min^-1. Result: The related substance could be separated completely from Rotundine. The lowest limit of detection was 1.2 ng. Conclusion: The method is simple,accurate and sensitive, and can be used for the determination of impurity in Rotundine and Ro- tundine Sulfate Injection.
