制浆原料化学方面的基础研究

摘要 致力于提高制浆工艺效率和最终产品质量的基础研究工作赢得2008 Marcus Wallenberg科研奖。该研究工作主要关注于制浆造纸工业最主要的原材料——云杉,并获得以下成果:一、对云杉树节(即树枝和主干的连接部分)的基础化学性质进行了解二、制浆过程中去除树节的方法。选择性的去除树节能够降低其过程干扰、能量消耗和漂白化学品的消耗量。 Work which could improve the pulping process and reduce energy and chemical consumption wins the 2008 Marcus Wallenberg prize Fundamental research which could improve the efficiency of pulping process and the quality of its end products has won 2008 Marcus Wallenberg prize. The research work focused on the spruce tree, a major raw material for the pulp and paper industry, and created: i) an understanding of the fundamental chemistryof spruce tree knots, that is to say, the part of the branches that is embedded in the stem ii) methods to extract tree knots from the pulping process. The selective removal of knots reduces process disturbances, energy consumption and the requirement for bleaching chemicals. It also improves the consistency of the pulp and, with it, the quality of the DaDer Products
