摘要
通过对山西建筑业人才历史的回顾与现状调查,与国内先进省进行比较分析,指出由于种种原因,山西建筑业人才队伍的实际现状与快速发展的建设事业很不适应,且高层次、高素质人才的严重短缺已成为制约山西建设事业从规模发展向效益发展的瓶颈。
Through the review of the talents history and the present situation investigation of Shanxi construction industry, the comparative analysis with the advanced province in our country, the author points out that the present situation of the talents of Shanxi construction industry doesn't fit the rapid development of the construction cause, the high-calibre talent lack becomes the bottleneck that restricts the transformation of the Shanxi construction cause from the Male development to the benefit develop.
