It point out the rural housing construction is an important content in the new rural construction of the socialism. Through the investigation to the construction condition of the rural housing, this paper illustrates a few bottleneck problems which influence positive development of the rural housing construction and puts forward some countermeasures of these problems, which offers a reference for similar projects.
