利用价值工程原理,以某工程外墙体系作为价值工程的研究对象,在保留原有建筑风格的前提下,提出4种方案,并对外墙体系设计进行了经济技术分析,计算出不同方案下系统的价值系数,得出了最优方案。

Under this premise of preserving the original architectural style, taking the exterior wall system of the project as the research object of the value engineering, the author puts forward four schemes by using the value engineering principle, and carries out the economic and technical analysis of the exterior wall system design, calculates the value coefficient of the system in the different schemes, obtaines the optimum scheme.
