The bituminous stabilized macadam asphalt treated seep material was introduced, the composition design evaluation system of bituminous stabilized macadam asphalt treated seep material was provided, the performance of material composition design scheme was complex evaluated using TOPSIS method of multi-attribute decision theory. It can be proved that this method is effective by practice, so as to extend the application of TOPSIS in engineering.
