摘要
分析了上调物业管理费困难的原因,在此基础上对上调物业管理费的合理性进行了深入研究,指出物业管理费上调是必然的,但应该符合上调理由合理、上调数额合理、工作方法合理三方面的要求。
Analyzes the reasons why it is difficult to raise the property management fee, and based on it, we have made an in-depth study on the rationality of raising the property management fee. The paper points out that it is inevitable to raise the property management fee, but it must accord with three requirements: the reason of rising, the number of rising and the method of the work are all rational.
