摘要
对山西省现行招标评标办法进行了分析,从造价控制方面进行了论述,针对评标方法存在的弊端,提出了几种不同的解决方法,达到了为建设单位节约建设资金的效果,解决了市场盲目竞争的问题。
It analyses the present bid evaluation method in Shanxi, and discusses it from cost control. Furthermore, due to the disadvantages of the present bid evaluation method, it puts forward several different solutiofis to it, which can save the building fund for the construction party, and solve the blind market competition.
