DISCUSSION ON TRANSFORMING COAL LIME SHAFT KILN TO CALCINATE ACTIVE LIME

探讨现有焦炭石灰竖窑与迈尔兹套筒窑的煅烧石灰原理,结合当前石灰生产的具体情况,提出了改造方案,在投资不高的基础上对焦炭石灰竖窑进行改造,改变现有焦炭石灰竖窑的煅烧石灰方式,使焦炭竖窑煅烧出活性度高的活性石灰成为可能。

The principle of existing coal lime shaft kiln and MAERZ lime kiln was discussed. Combined with the present lime production condition, the reform project was put forward to calcinate active lime instead of ordinary metallurgy lime by reforming the existing coal lime shaft klin at low investment.
