This paper introduced the design and application of percent moisture content real-time detection system for lubricating oil of high speed mill. The measurement range of the system was from 0 to 4%, and the measurement accuracy was not more than 3%. The system has warning device and could change the oil number from upper monitor under the permitted authority. The system allowed data inquiry and data print.
