劳动关系和谐性与企业绩效关系实证分析 被引量:9

摘要 本文以952份有效样本调查资料为基础,实证探讨了劳动关系和谐性与企业绩效的关系,得出了劳动合同管理状况和员工基本合法权益维护正向影响企业绩效的结论,并提出了提高企业绩效的新思路。
