肝细胞生长因子及其受体c—Met在原发性肾病综合征患儿肾组织的表达及意义 被引量：1

摘要 肝细胞生长因子（HGF）发现至今已20多年，是一种对多器官具多效性的多肽细胞因子，通过与受体c-Met的相互作用，参与组织器官重建、修复、预防纤维化过程。近年来动物实验已证实HGF能减少胶原Ⅲ、Ⅵ的产生，在抑制肾小管上皮细胞转分化、预防肾脏疾病纤维化过程中具有重要的保护作用^[1-2]。
