摘要
目的:探讨灵芝孢子粉对去势大鼠内分泌功能的影响。方法:选用成年雌性SD大鼠进行双侧卵巢切除手术,术后采取灌胃法连续喂服灵芝孢子粉混悬液(实验组)或等量溶剂(实验对照组)。术后1、2、3或4周取血清,用放射免疫法检测血清中睾酮、雌二醇和卵泡刺激素的含量。术后4周取股骨和子宫作常规HE染色组织切片。结果:与正常对照组相比,实验对照组表现为血清内睾酮和雌二醇含量显著下降,股骨的骨密度显著减低,子宫内膜萎缩明显。与实验对照组相比,实验组血清中睾酮和雌二醇的含量显著提高;骨密度增大;子宫内膜萎缩程度降低。结论:灵芝孢子粉能显著改善去势大鼠的内分泌功能。
Objective: To explore the effects of Ganoderma lucidum spores on endocrine function of ovariectomized rats. Methods: The adult female SD rats were fed intraperitoneally with the suspension of Ganoderma lucidum spores (for experimental group) or the same dose of solvent (for experimental control group) after ovariectomy. 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks later, the concentration of estrogen, testosterone and follicular stimulate hormone in the serum were assessed by radioimmunoassay. The morphology of the femur and uterus were observed after HE staining. Results: Compared with normal control group, the concentration of estrogen and testosterone and the bone matter density of femur were decreased significantly; the endomenbrane of uterus was shrinked obviously. However, the concentration of estrogen, testosterone and the bone matter density of femur were significantly higher than that of experimental control group, and the shrinkage in endomenbrane of uterus showed much slighter. Conclusion: Ganoderma lucidum spores can improve the endocrine function of ovariectomized rats.
